I led Montana's first Stronger MT Hack during the Scaling Montana Summit. Guiding 23 participants through 30 hours of product development and pitch refinement, I was able to facilitate the evolution of ideas into actionable solutions that contribute towards a better, more united Montana.

With four finalist teams selected, they competed in the final showcase for $15,000 in prizes, with several finalist and non-finalist teams eager to pursue their solutions in the future.

Given only 72 hours, my team and I were tasked with finding solutions for companies relying on data-driven decision making. 

Under extreme time pressure, we combed massive datasets, and presented visual aids to help back our recommendations into which neighboring states the market should be expanding into, as well as which existing organizations to partner with that matched their values. 

As part of my studies for my master's degree, I was tasked with consulting for a local company, looking to separate their company from the university's umbrella, and pursue high rates of growth. 

As consultants, my team and I researched the best path forward to expand their market share, explored and forecasted funding avenues, and gave recommendations for marketing tactics essential to growing their brand to their desired level.
